Construction of a house 6x7 meters from a gas block with an open ceiling in one hand. In detail each stage, estimate, video.

Preparation for construction

After acquiring a small plot of 5 acres on the Black Sea coast, the question arose about building your own house. T. Since I live alone in a trailer, then I will build a house in one hand. For two years I studied construction, there were many options, drew a lot of layouts, and settled on a 6.2x7 m house made of a D500 gas block, 20 cm thick wall. I calculated that a cube of polystyrene is cheaper than a cube of a gas block, so 5 cm will be foam insulation - it turns out to be more profitable, and the load on the foundation is less than making 25 cm of a gas block, as it was going to. Although initially painted the area more than two times. However, I came to the opinion that this redundancy is useless, only an overpayment for electricity (there is no gas and it is not known when it will be). The interior will also be in the style of complete minimalism.

I believe that with a competent planning, and for a family of 3-4 people, an area of 60-70 squares is for the eyes. Anything more - the desire will stand out. It can be said in another way - the wider the EGO, the larger the house, which is also confirmed by psychologists. Fortunately, my EGushko is rather modest in size. Now I live (for the 2nd year already), on 20 squares of the area of the trailer (it is equipped with everything necessary as in an apartment, by the way, this is my separate project of such a mobile micro-house), and even that is enough, but 40 squares is, in general, a stadium, I don't even know why I need so much alone. But who knows how life will turn.

Well, I'm tired of hitting the keys (I work remotely as a programmer), the time has come to move on to construction training. Hard work didn’t scare me at all, because I didn’t always hit the keys, and for a long time I had experience of working at a construction site, and not only.

Erection of a strip foundation

It took 7 days to build the foundation on our own.

1. I decided on the size and materials of the house, and its place on the site. I drew the layout (attached at the end of the video). I'm getting down to the foundation.

The soil is rocky, non-porous. Depth 50 cm. (some here make 30 cm), i.e. until the moment when there is already a solid stone (marl). According to my project, it was planned to make the width of the MZFL tape 40 cm, but it turned out 50 cm. (what next). The thickness of the tape is 30 cm, concrete M350, fiberglass reinforcement, bedding - sifting of marl.

2. I marked the perimeter of the house with a lace. To make it easier for the excavator to navigate, the outer edge is also marked by digging with a shovel.

3. Calling the excavator services through ads on Avito - I spent half a day, and in the end I found an inexpensive excavator operator on the recommendation of a neighbor - 100 rubles running meter of digging (perimeter 26 meters).

4. The excavator completed his job in 30 minutes. In places he walked crookedly, so he corrected it with a shovel. He cheated - his bucket turned out to be 50 cm, and not 40, as he said. But, okay, its services are much cheaper than others, and the width is 50 cm. even for the better - the foundation will be stronger, the margin of safety will not hurt, I thought, summing up that "everything that does not happen is for the better." Although, of course, it will take a little more concrete.

5. Calling for rubble / sand. Here's an interesting thing - everywhere they write one price in ads, and you call, they name a completely different one. And it's annoying. The prices for crushed stone are somewhat cosmic here (1200-1600 rubles), and my budget is extremely limited. But salvation came in the face of the same excavator - he offered to bring KAMAZ (8 cubic meters), dropout from marl (fraction from seeds to dust, cement is made from it), for only 3,500 rubles. (with delivery). I started looking for information on the Internet about this material. And in the end he came to the conclusion that he was quite suitable for adding. Even more than that, when he brought it to me and I tested it, namely, poured abundant water on it, I saw that when wetted, it turns into a kind of clay, BUT, a "crust" forms on its surface, and then the water does not passes. I remembered seeing a video of one builder making a clay castle around the foundation - excellent waterproofing. It turns out that I kill two birds with one stone - and there is a bedding, and protection of the foundation from groundwater. As for heaving - I found information on the Internet that heaving it less than clay. By the way, the sand that is poured under the foundation does not swell so badly when it gets wet - but it gets wet much better than clay. And you need to take into account that it will not get wet throughout its depth, and therefore will not swell. Plus, there is rarely a minus temperature here in winter.

6. I buy a cart in the Baucenter (construction hypermarket), for 800 rubles, and for 3 days I fill the trench with screenings to the desired mark. Wooden blocks (2.5x4 cm. section) around the perimeter, on which the formwork board will be attached, hammered before.

My own legs acted as a vibrating plate - I jumped and danced over the bed for 2 hours with short breaks - an excellent massage of the leg muscles, accelerates lymph, etc. Another would be a tambourine in hand, so to speak, 2 in 1. In general, it looked cool, especially from the outside.

7. Formwork construction from 2.5x10 cm boards. section. A forest cube costs 10500. In order to save money, the boards protrude only above the ground and slightly downward (onto a board or half a board). The rest of the concrete is poured directly into the ground - it will go a little more than with formwork to the very bottom (about 0.5 cubic meters), but concrete is still cheaper than planks. It took a couple of days to build the formwork. I put the sets, strengthened them - I heard how the formwork falls apart under the weight of concrete.

8. Laying a piece (for the width of the foundation) of a sewer pipe (160 mm so that a 110 mm pipe passes through it) opposite the intended location of the septic tank. Also laying a 50 mm pipe section opposite the well (there is already a well). The pipes are located: sewer - at the level of 20 cm from the ground (from my experience I know that it does not freeze there, can. the pipe from my trailer goes straight above the ground), and the pipe for the well goes deeper.

9. Knitting of fiberglass reinforcement. There are a lot of disputes about it, the builders still cannot come to a consensus - they are divided into two camps, some praise, others hayut. I decided that the devil is not so terrible as he is painted. Well, again, the economic side of the issue - I didn't have to buy a grinder for it, in general it came out cheaper than if I made it from a metal one. But just in case, I insured myself by placing a metal mesh underneath.

Mating took 1 day. Some sleight of hand is welcome here. I fastened it with plastic clamps - this is how I tied the floor of the perimeter, a tedious task. Then the brilliant idea came to do this - to drill holes in the formwork, and transverse reinforcement bars (upper), to install right in the formwork - thus they are fixed tightly. And on top of them are longitudinal reinforcement bars. The lower ones are attached with wire to the mesh. And a net on plastic chairs for a distance. Oh, how I regret that I did not immediately think of the second option, because during pouring, in that part of the foundation where I knitted the reinforcement on plastic clamps, she in places it moved away and bent - from the mass of concrete, and the swings with a shovel, I rowed alone and it was quite difficult, not up to filigree and precise movements, so I caught the shovel fittings.

10. "Big concrete". The most important event is coming. Again half a day of calling companies, all the same price games, and I settled on one company with a concrete price of 3,500 rubles. per cube of the M350 brand. A mixer came from Novorossiysk, I gave instructions, and started. First, he drove up to one corner, concrete is pouring, I row with a shovel, push the plastic mass further. You need to work quickly here, concrete does not suffer delays. Then the concrete mixer drove up to another corner, and so on. I ran and ran with a shovel, leveled, and in the end I still ran with a bucket, because he unloaded the remaining mass to the ground, and then I picked up and unloaded from there where there was little. Then he leveled again, and... in the end, after a couple of hours of such active concrete training, my body felt as if it had been thrown from the fifth floor and run over by a roller. And then suddenly clouds appeared, and it was going to rain as luck would have it (although it was sunny all week), so I flew to the store for the film, cut it open and covered the foundation.

11. There were doubts about whether they brought me the right brand, because the concrete was somehow too dark. But as the concrete hardened, they dispersed - the foundation brightened, even somehow blue (which speaks of a high grade), what remained on the ground was difficult to break with a hammer. He began to remove the formwork on the 3rd day, then take out the earth that the excavator had thrown on a trolley, dig in the foundation around the perimeter and add marl siftings there to make a waterproof lock.

Estimate

- 3000 rubles. - digging a trench.

- 3500 rubles. - sifting of marl.

- 1800 rubles. - 3 coils of fiberglass reinforcement, 6 mm by 25 m.

- 4000 rubles. - boards.

-16000 RUB - concrete 4 cubes.

- RUB 500 - thin film, width 2 m, 13 m.

- 2500 rubles. - tools and small things (including a cart for 800 rubles, a Hobbi bolt cutter for 650 rubles, a hydraulic level, self-tapping screws, etc.).

Total: 31.300 rubles. I made a reservation in the video that the figure approaches 30 if you remove the level and the cart (you still need during the entire construction site, and in general not only for the construction site, therefore, I think, include wrong).

Next, I plan to do the floors on the ground. Again, it will be more profitable than a wooden floor, besides, it is stronger, more durable. It will have internal aerated concrete partitions and so on - the layout is attached in the video, there is also in the description project details.
