Construction of a house 6x7 meters from a gas block with an open ceiling in one hand. In detail each stage, estimate, video.

Armopoyas construct

A little about the project of my house 6.2x7 m, with an effective layout, open ceilings, etc., as well as the completion of work with the foundation, I wrote in the last article.

However, for some reasons (in the next post I will lay out the project in more detail, and it will become clear) I decided to fine-tune the foundation, expressed in the form of an armored belt. You will learn about its design and preparation for receiving concrete from an excavator bucket from the video (there is something a jamb with sound came out, but you can understand everything visually).

Concreting

In my village there was a workshop where concrete products are made, I agreed with them to bring me two buckets of concrete excavator (0.6 cubic meters each). It was poured onto a polyethylene mat, it was difficult to rake it out of the bucket, scrape off the walls. But still he managed, alone again. He put the buckets on a trolley and brought them to the formwork.

He poured it in, and tamped it with a spatula, and leveled it with it. The work process was again clouded by rain, and not weak. I had to run and cover everything with plastic, which was inconvenient due to the wind. In the distance, a small mini-tornado even broke out at the side of the mountain, there even slate was demolished by someone, but he bypassed my site. After waiting out the rain, he set to work again. It took half a day in total.

After 4 days I removed the formwork. The concrete turned out to be very strong, as well as the rings that are made of it.

He began to waterproof the foundation with good bitumen-rubber mastic.

Expenses

The total cost of materials for the armopoyas: 7 thousand rubles. In total, the foundation is no longer 30, but 37 thousand.

P. S. I bought myself a muzzle for working with a grinder (discs fly apart), and also, who does not know when you unwind reinforcement 8, and especially 10 mm, then it can give such a bream that it will not seem a little (I read, even one eye knocked out). He drove in pegs, reinforcing it on the ground, but when unwinding, an infection sometimes breaks out anyway.
