Why sawdust concrete

Initially, I was going to make wooden floors along the logs, which is why I laid the width of the house at 6.2 m, which I now really regret. It was necessary to make at least 7 m and there would be more space for a hallway and a bathroom, but this is a lesson for the future. When I found out about sawdust concrete, having studied this material, I decided immediately and irrevocably - "this topic is what I need, I will do it!" For the price, I will not say that it comes out more profitable than heavy concrete, you can calculate yourself, based on the fact that a bag of shavings and sawdust for 140 liters costs 100 rubles. (this is the lowest price that I have found with us). But the ready-made mixture of sawdust concrete is much lighter (4 times) than ordinary concrete in the first place. Secondly, this material is quite warm, and you can refuse insulation and save money.

But for me, the decisive factor was that I can fill these floors on my own without much effort, as I was convinced by experience. And the strength of such floors with a thickness of 8 cm. quite sufficient, given the fact that I will have light GVL partitions.

A miracle material that won me over, and I am happy to throw strip after strip into one helmet, rejoicing in the results of my work, which, with God's help, is getting along with a bang.

Estimate

Here I did not consider everything as meticulously as with the roof, where in the estimate you can see everything inside and out, right down to every screw and nail. Based on the total amount, I will say that I had a budget 25.000 rbl. on the floors, but there are even 2 thousand left (i.e. e. it's all-all together with delivery). Floor area - 31.4 sq. m. (excluding the foundation tape, it protrudes 30 cm for me).
