Features of the location of the site and the structure of the house
In principle, I showed everything in the video, incl. detailed estimate (screenshots from my project), but I will clarify that this is the cost of a box without a foundation. For those who have not read the posts before, I will inform you that the foundation with an armored belt (then it became necessary to make a revision, described why) came out in 37 tons.
I will also remind you that I am building a house for the first time, I live in the Krasnodar Territory on the seashore, there is practically no winter here. In February, I build a house quite comfortably at temperatures from +5 to +15 ˚C, the floor of the block is quite enough. But there will still be insulation of 5 cm. polystyrene, or mineral wool if I make a facade from siding. By the way, I will use the plaster light and warm, both inside and outside (if I plaster outside).
I try to avoid concrete work. I calculated the roof so that there was no spacer effect, studied the literature on this topic. By the way, who does not know, the roof will be with an open ceiling, peeped at the Belarusian architect Chernushevich (can be found on YouTube). The house turns out to be low in appearance, but the ceiling height under the ridge will be 3.15 meters, i.e. I can also make a mezzanine of such a height under the ceiling so that I can sit there, meditate, for example, under the ceiling. Still, of course, I would make a window to look at the stars, but, perhaps, I will not bother.
By the way, thanks to this solution, there is a saving on materials due to the fact that: the walls are 3 rows lower (plus the load on the foundation is less), less wood is consumed (i.e. because there is no overlap). Plus the roof angle will be small on the roofing material. I calculated so that the slope was two sheets of ondulin (190 + 190 cm), running ahead I will say that the roof comes out about 60 tons, I have already calculated, but I will say more precisely after I have made it.

Masonry for mortar (DSP), saved on delivery, did it on my own.
The geometry of the blocks is unimportant, although when I looked at the manufacturer in the workshop, they put up normal blocks.
The main thing is to set even corners, which, taking into account the geometry of the blocks, is not so easy, but everything worked out. I used the simplest measuring tool.
I reinforce from the bottom of my heart, in each row, alternating between masonry mesh and cutting.

Three weeks and the box is ready, thanks to the mild winter on the coast.
Along the way, I decided to dig a trench for drainage pipes. I'd better be on the safe side.
What will be the budget floor in the house without insulation
I thought for a long time which floors to do. Wooden logs? No, the GWL is high and expensive. Concrete on the ground, hmm, perhaps not, too labor intensive. Sawdust concrete? Well, this is already better, immediately we get thermal insulation, and the solution is light due to sawdust. What if adobe? Oh, this is what we need. Kneaded before with a horse, but you can also use your feet in the basin, it is more environmentally friendly and more durable than any modern materials, there is no problem like layers of waterproofing, insulation (clay itself is a waterproofing agent and insulation), nets.. And the trick is that the materials are free.
