How a good attitude can turn a simple high-rise building into an attractive home
I would not like to generalize and speak for everyone, but it seems to me that many will be in solidarity with me. I mean the appearance of our Soviet high-rise buildings. There is probably nothing uglier and grayer. And looking at our new buildings, you can't say that this is the standard of beauty either. They all look something like about the same, this colored incomprehensible plastic, etc.
Construction companies do not want to spend a lot on their projects, so their cheapness and not always good quality are noticeable. As for the area around, there is also no zest, everything is somehow damp. And then we spend a lot of money on these apartments.
I would like to give as an example the residential complex "Comfort Town", which is located in Kiev. I certainly cannot vouch for their quality, layout, etc. But it seems to me that the idea itself is very good. This refers mainly to their appearance. Looking at the photo, you can see that they do not have an unusual shape, but in general, the appearance is very pleasant and bright. This residential complex is visible from afar, it becomes clear that all these houses belong to one whole.
The shape of the buildings is the most simple, simple rectangle with windows. But how the attitude to business can change everything, how a pleasant house is obtained from nothing. The same applies to the entrances, namely to their entrance. They also do not have anything unusual, but strictness and purity do their job.
When I was visiting my friends in Kiev and saw this complex for the first time, I immediately fell in love with it. I wish our builders also took up this idea. Indeed, in fact, they, like other new buildings, are quite simple and monotonous.
But as I said, they look attractive, and there is a desire to live in them. The only thing I didn't really like was the courtyards. Although there were playgrounds, sports grounds, trees, etc. But I think over time it will transform.
