We bought an apartment in a new building with a stunning view from the window - made a minimalist renovation

The windows of the corner apartment offered such a beautiful view of the surroundings that the family immediately threw away other options. Starting the renovation, the owners decided to preserve the feeling of spaciousness and special freedom that they experienced the first time they saw it.

The glazed balcony, with floor-length windows, gives the impression of a cruise ship deck. It is decorated with nautical elements. A delicate combination of snow-white walls and ceilings, light transparent curtains, a sofa body with upholstery and an azure curtain.

The unobtrusive decor is in the same color scheme - fresh flowers and balloons. By changing the cushions, you can add new accents to your decor. On such a balcony it is pleasant to rest and relax, admiring the endless expanses.

In the design of the large living room, combined with the kitchen, only two colors are used: beige in various shades and red.

All surfaces are finished in light cream tones: ceiling with recessed lights, plastered walls and floor with light wood-look laminate.

The monochromatic upholstery of sofas and ottomans, muted red, with pillows of combined colors, goes well with beige curtains on the windows.

The rest of the few interior items have a soft creamy shade - a large electric fireplace with an effect live fire, a wall cabinet with a TV panel and a spacious kitchen set under the ceiling, strict geometric forms.

The dark beige with stains the backsplash is shaded by the black color of the hob, oven panel and granite sink with a stylish mixer.

In the corridor, beautiful doors are matched to the tone of light beige embossed decorative plaster. An interesting and functional detail is the contour lighting: ceiling plinth with LED strip.

The minimalistic design is fully maintained: a minimum of furniture and decor, plain surfaces, simple geometric shapes of objects, a limited amount of textiles. Therefore, the interior looks restrained, evoking a feeling of peace and tranquility.
