How I quickly relieve fatigue and swelling from my legs

We are all working people. We all have hard days. And this is not necessarily foot work, sometimes sedentary work gives a lot of problems to the legs, for example, edema.
I quickly remove all the signs of fatigue, edema at home and, having a little rest after certain procedures, I come back to normal and I can even go for a walk. I'll tell you what I do, how I quickly remove fatigue and swelling from my legs.
My job is mostly sedentary at the computer, although sometimes trips are exhausting. My legs, especially in summer, are quite swollen. The first thing I always do when I come home from work is wash my feet in cold water with laundry soap. Why with the economic one? Because it perfectly, in my opinion, regulates perspiration, and the pores are not clogged as much as from ordinary soap. Since I started washing their feet every day with laundry soap, they even sweat less. Cold water perfectly tones up and the swelling begins to subside.
Then I take a hot foot bath with added salt (2 tablespoons) and 2-3 slices of lemon. I keep my legs in it for 7-10 minutes and at the end I sharply dip it in ice water for 5 seconds. It is in ice water. I wipe it off and immediately spread the nourishing cream on my feet. You can use any foot cream, but I often use homemade cream. It makes my heels and feet in general, and even the skin of my hands - like a baby. How to prepare such a cream in 30 seconds from the available means - read on our channel. Until this cream is completely absorbed, I massage my foot.

Then, when the cream has already been absorbed, I put on a cotton sock and lie with my feet up for another 10 minutes. After exiting the position, it is always necessary to lie down for the same amount of time, lowering your legs, but in a horizontal position, so that blood circulation is normalized. And then you can go for a run, legs are as good as new, fresh, vigorous! After such procedures, you always feel lightness in your legs.
