I want to start with the regions in which the so-called social norm operates, so it would be incorrect to include them in the overall rating.

Krasnoyarsk region

So, the cheapest light among the standardized tariffs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where within the social. the norm of kilowatts will cost 2.57 rubles, but already above this norm you will have to pay 4.13 rubles.

Transbaikal region

In this region, if you fit into the social norm, you will pay 3.07 rubles, and above the norm it is already 4.19 rubles per consumed kilowatt * hour.

The next region with a rather low cost of one kilowatt of energy is the Republic of Khakassia. They pay 2.16 rubles, which is almost twice more than in the Irkutsk region.

The Republic of Dagestan
