Heating
For heating and just the beauty of a country house, I bought a stove
Thorma Bozen Top. The stove is very small, simple, designed for 5 kW, but heats up well and quickly. In winter, upon arrival, in my house it is usually about 10 degrees in the living room, having flooded the stove, the temperature rises to +22 in two and a half hours. In the rooms, the doors are closed, there are 1 kW Nobo, (in the living room 1 to 2 kW). There are timers for switching on at night for two to three hours, since I have a double tariff, at night it is 2.5 times cheaper. During this time, the rooms manage to heat up to 18-20 degrees, since the rooms are small and then cool for a long time. But this is getting ahead of ourselves.
Water supply
Then a specially trained person scattered the water distribution over the bathroom. The water supply is a DAB DIVERTRON 1000 pump, which stands in the well and supplies water by opening the tap. Well, many people know about him, an excellent solution about "turn it on and forget", I use it for a year, no complaints. We also dropped a heating cable to avoid freezing the input in winter.
Walls
After that, we started installing drywall. Here some difficulties arose. The work was done by the workers, and when they started the installation, it turned out (really) that the walls are not as straight as it seems at first, to the naked eye. Despite the fact that the entire CC board, a planed bar, the errors reached 1-2 cm. I had to pay extra to get everything aligned. And off it went. External walls are in 2 layers, internal in different ways, where on OSB, somewhere in one layer. OSB also so that you can safely hang the shelves, for example, as reinforcement. In the kitchen area and bathroom GVL.
Conditioning
At that moment, I could already heat the house. 2019 was coming, spaceships roamed the vastness of the universe (no), an air conditioner came to the house. I took a conde with the possibility of heating and ventilation, I have it Balu Laguna series. 2.7 kW cooling / heating up to -15 degrees with a consumption of 820 kW! Consider a heat pump. And you know, condo is happiness. Undoubtedly one of the best solutions. In the summer, you come in from the heat and coolness of the street, in the winter you turn it on for heating, and warm air fills the living room. Usually I turn it on upon arrival, while the stove is melting, then I cut it out.
