How easily I can wash the oven until it shines! No special cleaning agents including
Greetings to everyone who is interested in the topic of the article!
Well, a lot has already been written on our channel, a lot has been said and shown. There are days when it seems that there is nothing to write about. It's just that there are no more. And then readers appear and ask questions in the comments, the answers to which become the topics of the next publications. Thank you all for your communication, for advice and questions too.
Today I want to answer the reader's question - how to clean the oven? Desirable without stress and chemistry.
If you can do without cleaning-detergents, then I am always happy. But there are such neglected cases that it will be difficult without chemistry at all. Today I will tell from the experience of my life about several ways and several detergents inside the oven. And you decide for yourself which one you prefer. Try the next option if the previous one doesn't work. I will describe the ways in order to improve. What I have always used for the last 3 years, I will give the last ones, they are for me the most harmless, but effective.

ATTENTION: before any cleaning method, it is better to warm up the oven. This will make it easier to work, and the plaque will be better separated.
1. But I'll start with chemistry. Of those that I tested and described on our channel, I can safely recommend Azelit, Grease Remover and Chistin. But according to the reviews of those who have tried a very strong plaque and soot, even they cannot afford it. After chemistry, I have no confidence that they completely and thoroughly washed off the surface. Therefore, it is necessary to rinse off not only several times, but also to perform the procedure described at the end for all cleaning methods.
2. Next remedy, or rather the method is very smelly and even harmful. But one of the most effective. I advise you to clean with ammonia on weekends when you are not at home. In the morning, you can abundantly wet the entire inner surface of the oven and, tightly closing the door, leave it until evening. Well, or at least a couple of hours. The time depends on the degree of pollution. Remember to wear a face shield and gloves. After a while, you need to rinse thoroughly with soapy water, clean water and a third time with water with the addition of either baking soda or a small amount of vinegar. At the end of washing, you need not only to ventilate the oven, but also to organize a draft at home to weather the ammonia vapors.
3. One easy way cleaning the oven, if everything is running quite hard there, is the use of bleach and laundry soap. I prefer bleach in the form of a gel, which I spread on a slightly heated surface of the oven and leave it for half an hour or an hour. Then I wash it off with a solution of laundry soap, repeat with clean water with the addition of soda.
4. Wayno special cleaning agents (no chemicals). My favorite way and in my opinion the easiest and most harmless. This method is even much better than using a steam generator. I put a wide container in the oven (a bowl, basin or a low wide saucepan, frying pan) with water, in which I dissolve laundry soap. I put it on a high temperature so that the soapy water boils for 10-15 minutes inside and turn it off. I do not open the door a little more so that the oven becomes warm, not hot. Then I take out the container and first with a hard sponge, then with a napkin dipped in the same soapy water, I wipe the inside of the oven. If necessary, you can immediately repeat the boiling procedure to soften the plaque more. At the end, I wash it off with clean water and put a container with water and citric acid (or fresh lemon juice) in the oven. I will also boil for 10-15 minutes. I wash it off again.
I advise you to boil with citric acid after each cleaning method. Here you can be sure that in the end we get rid of both odors and residues of cleaning detergents, so that they will not get into the food later.
