How to quickly light the coals if you don't have any kindling liquid on hand. A simple way that has helped me out many times.
This year the weather allowed open barbecue season much earlier.
Therefore, we decided not to miss the opportunity and cook a barbecue this holiday weekend.
We gathered for a long time and seemed to take everything we needed with them, but, as it turned out, forgot to buy liquid for coal ignition.
This problem was not encountered for the first time, so it was easy to do without ignition.
Good there is one very simple way to quickly light the coals, who helped us out more than once. Which one? Consider below.
To light the coals easily and simply, we need:
- regular newspapers;
- two liter plastic bottle.
First thing we fold newspapers into loose tubes. Five should be enough.
Then we begin to tie the bottle with tubes from newspapersas shown in the photo below.
Then we put a bottle tied with newspapers in the center of the barbecue.
AND we fall asleep around it coals.
Then carefully take out the bottle so that the newspapers remain in the grill.
As a result it turned out to be a kind of mountain with a crater in the middle.
Then We set fire to another newspaper with a lighter and lower it to the center of the "crater".
A flame breaks out almost immediately.
When the fire begins to die out, it is necessary blow up the coals rhythmic movements using newspaper or cardboard.
And after the coal is red-hot together with the "crater", it only remains to mix it with the rest of the coals and you can start frying the kebab.
