Lush, multi-colored, such majestic chrysanthemums occupy the main place in my garden, I managed to plant them even on an alpine hill!

Among them there are capricious varieties, almost like greenhouse orchids, and there are unpretentious ones, which I fell in love with for a long time, when I was a green, novice gardener.

Here I would like to sincerely recommend them to the same novice flower lovers:

1. Golden Orpheus - inflorescences open only at the end of September, with a diameter of 6 cm, double, golden-orange. You need to plant the variety on the southern side of the site and in August - shade on hot days. Flowers stand extremely long in cut.

2. Apple blossom - the bush reaches 60 cm in height, the diameter of the flowers is up to 8 cm. They are painted white and pink, sometimes with an apricot hue and continue to decorate the garden even in October. It tolerates wintering well, subject to heavy snowfall.

3. Opal - semi-double bright yellow flowers open in the first half of August. The variety has a pronounced aroma and feels good even where strong winds blow in the area.

4. Zarnitsa - the flowers of this variety are small, but captivate with a light pink hue, the bushes last until the very frost. In group plantings with other flowers, for my taste, it is ideally combined with white lilies.

5. Kamina Red - small flowers are painted in wine-scarlet, a bush up to 40 cm high looks like a bouquet on a flower bed. The variety practically does not need fertilizers and needs to be watered a little less than other chrysanthemums.

6. Barbara - on bushes 30 cm high, flowers bloom at the end of August, semi-double, of an extraordinary lilac-pink hue, darkening towards the middle. An ideal variety if the garden is not always well-watered, if the plot is not fertile.

7. Bomber Green - on a stem up to 95 cm high in September, terry, ball-like flowers of a juicy, green color bloom. For me, this miracle grows against the background of ornamental shrubs, the foliage of which turns golden and red in the fall, which gives a spectacular, eye-catching combination. The variety is not afraid of the first frost.

8. Chamomile - an unusual variety really resembles another flower, the bushes grow up to 55 cm, early flowering. From personal experience I can say that the variety demonstrates high resistance to most chrysanthemum diseases.
