Germany: small towns, small houses, a piece of land and strict regulations

Germany is one of the most advanced, civilized countries. And the law-abiding and regimented behavior of its citizens has already become just a talk of the town throughout the world. And this is manifested in absolutely everything - both in business life and in everyday life. And even in the organization and design of a personal home.

The houses of provincial Germany are as cute as the local towns themselves. Very neat, very well maintained. Each is individual and at the same time, each is somehow subtly similar to its neighbor. Probably due to its neatness, cleanliness and geometrically organized courtyard.

Each house has a small and even a tiny piece of land - about one hundred square meters. On it is the house itself, which occupies most of the space. That is, for the arrangement, only a small piece of clothing remains, and it seems that nothing can be created on it. But neat, calculating Germans manage to do it.

Almost every plot has a lawn or geometric-style trimmed bushes. Sometimes you can find a children's bike or scooter. But there are no unnecessary things - children's toys, brooms, shovels or buckets, which can easily be found on the porch of our houses in the provinces - in the courtyards of Germany. Everything is clean, tidy and sterile clean.

Some Germans prefer to cover their yard with asphalt and park their car there. But such a minority. Most of the residents still prefer landscaping.

Not a single house has fences. Especially fences in the rustic style familiar to us - tall, taller than a person and made of solid corrugated board, boards or stone.

The absence of fences is not a voluntary decision of German citizens. This is a real legal ban on high fences. The police, firefighters and other social services must know for sure that everything is in order with the residents of the city and that there is free, unrestricted access to them.

Germans live closely. Their neat, well-kept houses are very close to each other. Therefore, compliance with laws and regulations is an important norm of life. And you can't go anywhere. In such tightness, all that remains is to observe all laws and take into account the interests of neighbors, otherwise conflicts are inevitable.

German citizens are invariably polite and welcoming to each other. And at the same time they clearly observe the border, which should not be crossed. No one will ever leave their car at someone else's house. Not a single child will abandon their bike at a neighbor's yard. If you need to talk or just say hello, then each resident stands on the porch of his house, without going to the neighboring site.

It seems to me that all these moments have so subconsciously entered the blood and flesh that the townspeople themselves no longer notice it. But to us with our wide soul it seems so strange, so unusual and even funny!

Honestly, I myself am also strange to look at all this. But, on the other hand, it seems to me that if we behaved more regulated, then there would be much less conflicts between people. But I don’t know if we can be made so civilized, educated and impeccably observing any, even the smallest, and sometimes ridiculous laws without a strict system of fines and punishments. What do you think about this?
