Liquid wood, rubber, metal, glass, which are better than solid analogues: where to use
Just recently, we did not know that it is possible to replace glass, wood, metal and other materials with liquid analogues. What liquid building materials exist and why are they better than their solid progenitors?
Glass
The liquid material is a solution with sodium and potassium. When applied, liquid glass protects the surface from fungus, mold, prevents water penetration, protects against fire. Liquid glass is extra strong and durable. The liquid material is used for waterproofing basements, foundations, attics, pools, wells.
Liquid glass can be added to clay mortar for repairing or plastering stoves, fireplaces. It gives the mixture moisture resistance and heat resistance. The proportions are as follows: 3 parts of sand and clay, 1 part of liquid glass.
To improve the cement-sand mortar, water glass is added to it. This increases moisture resistance, strength, accelerates the hardening process.
Wood
A composite material that outperforms its natural counterpart. The liquid material consists of fine sawdust, polymers and modifying additives.
Unlike its natural progenitor, a liquid tree is not afraid of moisture. Does not interest insects. No additional protective impregnation or paint is needed. Increased strength (load up to 1400 kg. for 1 sq. m. flooring).
Main areas of use: flooring, fence, benches, garden paths, gazebos, etc. Currently, decking (decking), facade panels, fences, siding, lamellas are made from liquid wood.
Metal
A decorative coating that consists of 95% metal dust.
Coating of wooden, ceramic surfaces, as well as glass, drywall, etc. It's like paint, only considering that it is a real metal, only in liquid form. The surface is magnetic.
Liquid material can easily replace sheet material. Once applied and cured, the surface is as hard as metal. Pros - seamless coating, suitable for all surfaces.
Rubber
Elastic material which, when waterproofed, excludes the occurrence of leaks. Minor damage will heal itself. Liquid rubber is applied and adheres perfectly to concrete, metal, wood, etc. materials. Liquid rubber is not afraid of frost and cold.
