I saw the prices for wooden double beds and decided to do it myself - it's cheaper and more reliable

Modern prices for wooden furniture constantly surprise us, it seems that simple beds are made of pure gold.

In this story, everything is quite banal: the guy wanted to buy a wooden bed, but after seeing its price, he decided on a desperate experiment: to make this important piece of furniture on his own. It's cheaper and more reliable this way.

The result is stunning, none of the relatives and friends can believe that this product is made at home.

The first stage involved purchasing materials. In an ordinary hardware store, they bought a ready-made planed board made of solid pine, purchased several wooden plates that were used for drawers.

Using simple carpentry tools, they began assembling the future bed frame. For the most part, all connections were glued and taken on wooden dowels: this type of connection gives an excellent result, the product gets its own rigidity.

Sharp corners were sanded and completely rounded. Already at this stage, it became clear that this project would be much cheaper than the factory counterpart.

A significant difference between this project was that the man came up with an excellent option for storing bedding: drawers, they are almost invisible, and their functionality is huge.

Natural wood color, allows you to fully experience all the beauty of nature, and clean, fresh scent of natural resin, perfectly helps to relax.

It was decided not to cover the tree with any varnish, and various impregnations, as this could negatively affect the state of health.

The bed has a classic design: headboard, simple rectangular shape. There is a small flaw, but here everything is done to the taste of the owner: the headboard is too small. We bought a standard mattress, it climbed into a frame niche without any problems.

In conclusion, I would like to say that everything worked out for the man: he made a bed for himself with his own hands. The main task has been completed one hundred percent: to save money and at the same time get a high-quality product. A bed that will decorate any interior.
