How to feed peonies in spring in April-May for lush flowering
Peonies are one of my favorite flowers. Therefore, I begin to care for them as soon as the first red sprouts appear. This will be the key to the lush flowering of culture.
First of all, you need to remove the grass and mulch if it covered the plants for the winter. Old stems should also be removed with a pruner.
Then it is carefully necessary to loosen the ground.
The firstfeeding
As a nitrogen fertilizer (this will be the first feeding), ammonium nitrate in the amount of one match powder per 10 liters of water is suitable. Also, ordinary ammonia from a pharmacy is suitable, which is diluted in an amount of 2 tbsp. spoons in 10 liters of water.
When the dandelions and nettles appear, you can make an herbal infusion that takes a week to prepare. It will take 1 liter per bucket of water. From mineral fertilizers, you can take 50 grams of superphosphate per 10 liters of water and water the plants with it.
If you are using dry yeast, you can make the following solution. For this you need to take 100 grams of the product and dissolve in a bucket of warm water. The resulting mixture should be infused for 8-10 hours in the room, stirring the solution periodically.
If you still have rusks from black bread, then you can collect them in a bucket (in the amount of about 1 loaf) and soak in 10 liters of water for 3-4 days. This solution should be poured over the peonies. Or the crackers can simply be buried in the ground in the trunk circle.
The secondfeeding
The next top dressing should be carried out 10 days after the first with any of the listed fertilizers. Also, for the formation of large buds, additional feeding in the form of phosphorus-potassium fertilizers will be required.
It is necessary to make an ash infusion (0.5 liters of the substance diluted in 10 liters of water) or fertilize the peonies with Azophos in the amount of one tablespoon per bucket of water.

Thirdfeeding
The last (foliar) feeding with boric acid is carried out before flowering. 5 liters of water requires 2 grams of the substance. Boric acid is preliminarily diluted in hot water (a small amount of water is taken).
With the help of a sprayer, plants are treated on a leaf. The remaining solution can be distributed over the planted tomato bushes.
Fourthfeeding
In autumn, in September, you need to add a shovel of humus under each bush. This will provide an opportunity to lay new buds for future flowering. The humus contains all the necessary elements for this.
If you make an effort to care for the peony bushes, then you are guaranteed a lush bloom.
