My husband and I bought an open-plan apartment of 43 m2, with an inexpensive but stylish renovation - results

The young family lived in rented apartments for many years. You understand, usually, there is no opportunity to make repairs in someone else's housing.

Firstly, the owners are not always happy, and secondly, it is not known when they will have to change their place of residence, and no one will return the money invested in the repair.

Naturally, when young people were able to buy an open-plan apartment with an area of ​​43 sq. m., they had a lot of original ideas, the choice of suitable ones was very difficult.

A small sand-colored partition was made in the living room, a cream-colored sofa and a small coffee table were placed near the window.

On the wall opposite from the sofa, we fixed a TV and made a small work area.

The dining area was designed behind the partition. A neat table with a wooden top and black legs was placed here, the upholstery of the chairs is made of green material.

A gray lighting fixture was hung directly above the table.

Further behind a low bar is a stylish kitchen.

The kitchen set is light brown, the upper cabinets are replaced by neat wooden shelves, the countertop is also wooden, and gray honeycomb tiles were used to decorate the kitchen backsplash.

The sleeping area was separated from the main room with a translucent white tulle. Here they put a large double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe with a glass insert, which was extended onto the wall near the head of the bed.

A wardrobe with mirrored doors was placed in the hallway, which visually increase the space of a small room. To the right of the cabinet, a clothes hanger with open shelves was fixed. A trendy beige-gray laminate was laid on the floor.

The walls of the combined bathroom were finished with two types of tiles. The black and brown area was highlighted near the bath, beige was used to decorate the rest of the room. The bathroom was separated from the toilet by a frosted glass partition.

Despite the fact that the tenants consider the interior of the apartment to be modest, it turned out very stylish, modern and cool. There is enough space for 2 people, in a small area they were able to place all the necessary functional areas.
