The kitchen in the socket just after the renovation is perhaps not the most successful

A young married couple bought an apartment in a new building. To move to a well-equipped housing, the couple came to immediately make repairs. In a fairly spacious kitchen, a corner kitchen set with facades of a dark gray matte color was installed.

The worktop and the backsplash were made of light wood. At the end of the kitchen, a white refrigerator was placed, on which a microwave was placed. Open shelves were made above the microwave.

The fronts of the upper cabinets are decorated with black glass inserts. At the moment, a hob has been installed, and an oven will be installed a little later. Compact household appliances help save space and increase the capacity of the kitchen set.

Open shelves differ significantly from facades in color, this choice is not very successful.

A dark gray laminate was laid on the floor, the walls were covered with white wallpaper with a gray pattern. Light wood goes well with the dark gray color of the kitchen.

In my opinion, the interior design of the kitchen is difficult to perceive. On the one hand, everything seems to be fine, but, on the other hand, the kitchen set looks somehow lurid, white color with light and dark wood overload the design. Open shelves break harmony and unity.

If the top row of cabinets were completely covered with facades and the owners chose a light shade of laminate for finishing the floor, the kitchen would look more concise and holistic.

Of course, a room after renovation always looks neat and beautiful, but if you look closely at details and the selected color scheme, it seems that the color scheme for this room is not fits.

Since the kitchen is not very large, you should have used less of a dark shade or even chosen for interior decoration shades of light colors that visually increase the available space.

The spouses are satisfied with the result of the renovation, they are satisfied with the color of furniture and finishing materials, and this is the most important thing. Everyone should choose a design according to their own taste.
