"Remote" what a colorful and deceiving word at the same time! Many previously imagined the remote work format as something fascinating, enchanting and not requiring much effort (beach, deck chair, palm trees, sea ...). But it was not there!

Good afternoon dear friends!

Since, being locked up not only in the country, but also in our own apartments, we remembered that wonderful time when we had to do homework. No desire, boring, BUT NECESSARY. After all, you always want to eat! And on top of that, everyday household chores, distance learning for children and so on were added. And if earlier the issue of organizing a workspace at home was not so acute, now times have changed. Since it is impossible to work productively "on the knee"! And in order for you to be it is easier to equip a mini-office at home not only for your beloved, but also for your children, I have prepared this small list of tips.

So, what should you pay attention to?

1.More light. Light plays an important role in motivating and maintaining the spirit, gives optimism and hope for the best! Consequently, the workspace must also have good natural light. And besides, scientists have proven that a desktop by the window stimulates intellectual and physical activity. Therefore, try to equip your workplace by the window!

If for some reason you cannot do this, then use a table lamp (lamp) with a lamp close to the daylight spectrum.

2.Rest. Unfortunately, this is an almost impossible condition in the presence of children, husbands, cats, dogs, hamsters at home... Everyone is distracting, asking questions, demanding attention and care. Many people from such "remoteness" climb the wall and dream to be in the office as soon as possible!

Therefore, try to find the quietest space in your home, preferably with a door, and ideally also with a lock.

3.Choosing a place for a home office. Those who got a job at kitchen, have already realized how uncomfortable it is, even despite the presence of a large table in it. Documents and laptop have to be cleaned every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not to mention a few dozen short-term visits. In addition, there is a great risk of various stains on business papers and water getting on the computer. Therefore, the kitchen is not the best place to concentrate on performing your job duties.

Bedroom Is a resting place. Therefore, your work will be there around the clock. So so idea! However, this room is often the most closed and quietest place in the house. There is a chance to work fruitfully in it. You just need to make a small rearrangement and add the necessary accessories for the workflow.

Living room - this is usually the largest room in the apartment. Therefore, in it you can easily select a corner for your mini-office by enclosing it with an "air" partition: a screen or curtain. It is ideal for organizing a workspace at home.

Yes, I almost forgot - the corridor! Despite the fact that this space is quite narrow, in the corridor sometimes you can carve out a place for a small desktop. This decision is more temporary than permanent! Since regular movement and noise from household members will not allow you to fully concentrate on your work.

4.Preservation of "information". Careful, the child can use your important document not on purposeas well for drawing or origami! Therefore, store your documents at the end of the working day in drawers or wall cabinets. If there are no locks on them, then buy a special one for children. Some of them are difficult to open even for an adult.

And further! If there is only one computer in the family, which is used for both lessons and work, then it is also worth worrying about the safety of data in it. Save documents using online services or, in extreme cases, flash drives.

5.Setting and working attitude. Do you decorate your workplace in the office? Are you making it more functional and convenient? At home, you should approach this issue in a similar way! Therefore, try putting up a houseplant, some family photos, hanging a motivational poster on the wall, etc.

Your main task is to create a pleasant and comfortable working atmosphere in which you would like to do your routine work!
