Recipe
For my grandmother's recipe, which I have been using for a long time, I need a minimum of ingredients, which include milk, garlic, sugar and drinking water.
So, I peel two medium-sized heads of garlic, then chop them. I prefer to grate the garlic on a fine grater, but you can use other devices as well, as you like.
Next, I pour 0.5 liters of milk and 0.2 liters of distilled water into a small enamel pot and send the container to the stove, where I bring the liquid to a boil.
The next step is to add chopped garlic to the milk mass and continue to cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Finally, I add 20 grams of granulated sugar to the garlic milk and wait until it is completely dissolved.
Then I let the drink cool under natural conditions and the healing potion is ready for use.
Application features
Ready garlic milk is usually consumed twice a day, half an hour after eating, 1 tablespoon.
There is also an exception regarding the intake of a liver cleanser - in this case, garlic milk is consumed on an empty stomach.
