The ancestors believed that mountain ash gives beauty and attractiveness to all women living in the house next to which this tree is planted. Apple tree

Another tree that our ancestors especially revered. Most often, apple trees personified fertility and feminine energy. If the apple tree blooms luxuriantly and bears fruit well, then the children will be healthy.

Birch tree

If someone fell ill in the family, this person was washed, and the water was splashed under the birch. The tree took over all the ailments. On holidays, the birch was decorated with ribbons, treats and bells. This is how the ancestors placated the spirits living in the branches.

Bird cherry

The ancestors associated the energy of this tree with spring, renewal, youth. Bird cherry cleans the soul of negativity, calms and tune in to a creative mood.

The branches of the bird cherry were used in various health and healing rituals. Bird cherry was planted near the windows so that fragrant flowers filled the house with aroma, and thick leaves protected from the summer heat.
