Renovation of a family one-room apartment 45m2 - the designer did an excellent job

Still, how many examples of the design of residential premises I have not come across, the work of a designer is always distinguished by laconism and completeness. It is rare to find an ideal project that was completed by a person who is not related to design.

Of course, the work of a professional is an additional cost, but here everyone proceeds from their own capabilities and desires.

With the creation of a design project for a one-room apartment of 45 sq. m. the architect did an excellent job.

In the kitchen-living room, a corner set was installed with silvery facades, a wooden countertop and a kitchen apron with a pattern in the form of blue rhombuses.

The windows were covered with "day-night" roll-curtains, a durable light-colored laminate was laid on the floor, the walls were covered with gray wallpaper.

A round table and four chairs with orange upholstery were placed near the window, this shade well complements the predominantly gray design of the kitchen. A beautiful lamp was hung over the dining table.

A small light brown sofa was placed in the corner of the living area, and a cabinet was placed near the opposite wall. A picture of the old city was hung on the wall behind the sofa.

In the bedroom, a stretch ceiling with halogens was hung, the walls were covered with wallpaper in a dark gray shade, and a laminate was laid on the floor. A large double bed with a soft headboard was placed in the center of the room, lamps were fixed on the sides on the wall.

A large wardrobe was placed to the left of the entrance. The windows were covered with white tulle and blue curtains.

The plastered walls in the corridor were painted with gray paint. A mirror was hung on one of the walls, a spacious wardrobe was made near the other.

A wall-hung toilet was installed in the combined bathroom, which helps to save space, a small cabinet with a washbasin and a bath. The free space above the installation was used to accommodate additional cabinets. The walls were tiled with gray and blue honeycomb tiles.

Besides the fact that each room looks cool, all rooms are decorated in the same style.

The spouses are very happy with the result, they did not regret spending money on the designer.

The estimated budget for this renovation is about $ 1 million. rubles, including furniture. Quite an economical amount, considering that the repair is major, with the purchase of all equipment, plumbing, furniture.
