After you have planted the seedlings of cucumbers in the ground, after 10 days you already need to fertilize them. The first feeding can be done with herbal infusion, which is prepared in advance in a barrel.
Green fertilizer is a source of nitrogen, it is needed for the growth of leaves. An infusion of weeds is being prepared, which can be found in the garden and in the garden. Usually in May, nettles, dandelions and celandine are already growing on the site. These weeds make good green manure.
The stock solution should be diluted 1 in 10. That is, 1 liter of herbal infusion must be poured onto a bucket of water. Under each bush, it is required to add up to 0.5 liters of the mixture.
You can also use dry yeast, which is a growth promoter. You will need 5 grams of the substance (about half a tablespoon) per 1 liter of warm water.
Stir the mixture thoroughly and let the solution stand for about 5 minutes. It is necessary to add sugar to the container in the amount of one tablespoon to start the fermentation process, mix everything well again and pour the resulting liquid into a 5-liter bucket with warm water.
The mass should stand for about 2 hours in the sun. The result is a mother liquor.

Please note that dry yeast is not a fertilizer, it only stimulates plant growth. Therefore, you should also make other top dressing, for example, after adding the yeast mixture, sprinkle the soil around the cucumber bushes with ash.
