Antiseptic at cosmic prices and builders-sculptors: a story about how we bought a dacha
IN the first part of the story we told how a participant FORUMHOUSE Under the name Evgeniim, he acquired a dacha, which had to be demolished. But our hero's problems did not end there - the hired construction company showed itself from the worst side. How events developed - read on!
Project and construction company
We chose a project on piles: a 6 * 9 frame with a cuckoo. The wife called all the companies, found something. St. Petersburg firms broke the price tag from 50 to 100 thousand. rubles - this is higher than nonresident. As a result, we chose nonresident, and the pile field, ordered from another company and did the right thing - everything went with a bang.
The construction company that we found disappointed, it would have been better if it had not been found! The task was set: to build a frame and cover the roof with ondulin. We thought that there would be an ordinary frame - how can it be built so badly? It turns out, as much as possible!
If you suddenly want to order only a frame or a turnkey house - do not be lazy to read about it and see how it is done somewhere. And when you see a jamb on the part of the workers at your site, slow down the construction site immediately and express everything to the authorities. We didn't do that, we thought they knew everything. It turns out they don't know a damn thing! They only know how to break the price tag and do the work carelessly.
Antiseptic at cosmic prices
These firms skim the very cream on wood coating with an antiseptic - they charge cosmic prices. We received 40 thousand voices. rubles for painting the frame with an antiseptic. Work there for a maximum of 2 days. Not weak - 2 days and 40 thousand received! Naturally, we refused such services.
I had to do this work myself. I bought a sprayer, 4 cans of XM-11 antiseptic and sprinkled everything. And they will unblock 1 can, or maybe half a can for the whole house is enough!
Regarding XM-11: in my opinion, the most beneficial and effective antiseptic. I also bought Neomid for interior work. The instructions say: the validity period is 5-7 years - somehow incomprehensible. And after 7 years, to tear off and cover everything again, or did I miss something? Write in the comments!
What they messed with us in the frame
We managed to hem the sub-floor not from below, but in the middle. Depth for insulation 80 mm, board 150 mm. Well at least the jibs have managed to be placed correctly. With the pediment, you can see everything in the photo. With lags, in general, the trouble is: the distance between the lags should be 590 mm and this is very important. All insulation is 600 mm in size - a distance of 590 mm in order to make it easier to cram it in and not cut.
And the club-handed builders don't give a damn about how you will push it later. And the fact that you will have an overrun of insulation, and it will take longer time. They don't give a damn, they, most importantly, quickly make a splash, take money and run to another place to blurt out. We were sprinkled from 540 mm to 1000 mm, this is the distance between the attic lags, the wall lags are all dancing too: any size, but not 590 mm.
At that moment we sensed something was wrong - we raised a nix, alarmed all the administration of this office. We exchanged some crooked masters for others. Others fixed something, but it was too late to correct something. When they made the cuckoo, the isospan on the roof was cut with a chainsaw - I don't know where such craftsmen are found. After all I saw, I got a picture called: If you want it to be good, do it yourself.
