The project provides for two entrances to the house, located on opposite sides of the project. The main entrance from the spacious porch into a comfortable hallway area 11.6 sq.m.. From the hallway we enter the kitchen-living room, with a total area 43 sq.m.

The living room has a large panoramic glazing area. The exit to the terrace is provided from the kitchen area. This is convenient so as not to interfere with the arrangement of furniture in the living room, as well as to serve all the delicious things that have been prepared in the kitchen to the table on the terrace!

The ground floor houses two of the three bedrooms of the project. For convenience, they are located on opposite sides without common partitions so that the interests of the owners do not interfere with each other.

There is also a bath area with a spacious shower room on the ground floor, where not only the wet area, but also the changing room is conveniently located.
