Old houses are durable and built in a practical and economical way in terms of care, maintenance and heating. Whoever has a little money, it is more profitable to buy and renovate such a house.

Because heating a large house is expensive and not everyone needs it. And it is easier to repair a finished product in a place inhabited with local infrastructure than in the suburbs and everything from scratch. And even more so when with a good fertilized garden and vegetable garden, which is very expensive, it is difficult and long to do it yourself from scratch.

And if the owner of the house urgently needed money, he would lower the price, sell for as much as they give. And if it does not reduce the price, then there is an opportunity not to sell for nothing, which is better.

Today, both young people live in the apartment and there is no time to deal with the house. But tomorrow he will be retired, that he will give the apartment better to the children, and he and his wife will be in the village in a small house on their own land. Or tomorrow emergency, hunger, electricity, water and heating will be cut off in the apartment.

This happened in the republics of the USSR in the early 90s during Perestroika. Or the old city apartment building has become emergency and neither repair nor another apartment can be expected. Or because of the ecology in the city, in apartment buildings they will choose security in the village in their house on their land. And then people with happiness will run from their apartments to the old houses in the village with a stove and a vegetable garden.

Therefore, today people in the village are ready to sell such houses only for a bargain price, if they do not buy at the right price, then it is better to keep them for themselves. children, grandchildren until the time when it will be better in the house than in the apartment, when there will be opportunities to go there as if to a dacha or to absolutely run over.

Therefore, they do the right thing that they do not sell it cheaply, but cherish it, leave it in their own family, although so far there is no opportunity and no need to use it. It is their property and the right to decide when, how long and for how much they agree to sell, even for centuries for billions. The owner is Barin! And no one has the right to condemn his decision!

The buyer does not like the price, let him look for cheaper or buy, get bare land at auctions for the construction of his house. He was offered an object and a price, but no one forces him to buy this particular object, he chooses and decides what to buy with his own money.
