For assembly you will need: 4 segments from a profile pipe with a section of 20x20x2 mm, 7 bolts 7 cm long and a hairpin 10-12 cm, 8 bearings, suitable for the diameter of the bolts and a set of nuts and washers for fastening:

We drill holes in the pipe sections so that with the help of bolts we assemble the structure shown in the second slide. Further, from the same sections of the profile pipe and two sections from the corners, you need to weld the stand (3 and 4 slides). We drill holes at the ends of the rack and weld an elongated nut in order to screw them onto the ends of the stud. Only then we screw the stand to a sheet of plywood 18 mm thick. Next, you need to make a retainer for angle grinders:

We make one edge of the retainer for the holes of the grinder handle, and the other for screwing to a metal clamp with a rubber seal for attaching pipes. We fasten the bracket with angle grinder to a profile pipe 25x25x2 mm 50 cm long. At the end of the assembly, we adjust the grinder to a vertical position using a bolt in the area of ​​the clamp. On the reverse side, screw the stopper to the pipe (third slide).

We saw through a slot in the plywood base (with a disc for wood) and fasten the workpiece stop made from the corner. The emphasis can be made quick-detachable, on the "lambs" for fixing in the position of 90 degrees. and 45 gr. Low legs with a rubber base can be screwed to the back of the plywood (so that the whole structure does not slip).

You can also add a spring to the bottom of the pipe structure, which will press the end of the pipe against the base. A little effort trying to lift the angle grinder up will not hurt.

The next model of a rack for angle grinders with a broach is based on used shock absorbers. Homemade type:

You will need two car shock absorbers. They can be picked up at any car service for free. You will need to refine them. To do this, drill a hole and drain the oil from them (oil residues). Well, we launder it from dirt. Without oil, the shock absorber rod will move effortlessly, and air will enter and exit through the hole.

Using welding, we make a clamp-fastener for car pillars and a rack frame. The grinder attachment is shown in the third and fourth slides. Made from corner, bushings and steel strip.

We attach the shock absorbers in the cage through the hairpin. We fasten a sheet of plywood and an emphasis for workpieces to the bed. A spring is installed to return the angle grinder.

This option is suitable for powerful angle grinders. The costs for both rack options are within 500 rubles, if you use used metal and plywood trimmings. Only fasteners and bearings are purchased new.
