Very economical, but fashionable bathroom and toilet repair - do it yourself
The final stage of the renovation in the new apartment of the young family was the finishing and arrangement of the bathroom and toilet. Most often, in apartment buildings, bathrooms have a small area.
Small space limits the choice of design and does not allow the imagination to unfold. You have to choose the most suitable plumbing and household appliances based on the size of the room.
Opposite the entrance, a wooden ash-tree countertop was fixed; a stylish square washbasin with rounded edges was installed in it. Such models are very popular today, unlike the previous generation, they look very cool.
A washing machine was installed next to the tabletop, an excellent solution that allows you to use every centimeter of the area wisely. A straw laundry basket was placed next to the washing machine.
On the right, we installed a classic bathtub with a protective curtain, although I always recommend to fork out and buy a plastic or glass screen. During the bath procedures, I was always wildly annoyed that the curtain sticks to the body.
Up to the middle, the walls are finished with large white tiles, above they are painted in beige.
In a small toilet, we managed to free up space by installing a wall-hung toilet with installation. Modern plumbing models look very cool, sometimes they are almost invisible in the interior of combined bathrooms.
Of course, such models are expensive, and you will also have to pay good money for the installation, but the result is worth it. The floor was finished with patterned brown tiles, the side walls were painted with white paint, the installation was sewn up with white and small gray tiles.
Also, a small washbasin was installed in the room, it is very convenient that after using the toilet you do not need to go to the bath. The meters and the water heater were closed with hinged white doors.
Not much money was spent on repairs, the spouses did all the work on their own. An economical interior design option looks neat and stylish.
It is almost impossible to implement bright and original design ideas in a small area, so you should choose a simple, predominantly light design.
