According to the lawyer Ivan Solovyov, chairman of the legal aid "Business of Life", this will help get rid of the tax swing - earlier payments for parking lots, driveways and other territories of SNT were different. Benefits affected all plots with the type of permitted use "For suburban construction" "For dacha farming" - land is considered garden, and therefore the rate is stable and does not exceed 0,3%.

Income tax

Contributions from owners of summer cottages who have not joined the horticultural association (that is, are not members of the SNT), but own a plot within it, are exempt from income tax. For example, a citizen does not need to pay tax if he acquires, creates or maintains property general use, for the work and services of a garden partnership related to the management of this property and etc.

As the lawyers clarify, if a person was presented with a garden house and a land plot or he inherited such real estate, sold it last year or after 2019, the seller has the right to expect a decrease in his taxable income - if the holding period has not exceeded 3 of the year. A reduction in tax is possible on donation and inheritance expenses or in the amount of personal income tax paid when the garden object was donated. But this is feasible only if the donor was not a close relative of the current owner.

Land tax for retirees

A gardener who retired this year has the right to reduce the tax base for land tax - by the value of the cadastral value of 600 square meters (6 acres) of the area of ​​one site land. It is important that this summer cottage is in his ownership, inherited life possession or permanent use.
