How to screw drywall sheets to the ceiling alone

In the process of finishing work inside the house, not everyone installs stretch ceilings. Many are sewn up with plasterboard, plaster and paint. If you are a self-builder and do everything alone, the question arises: how to raise large sheets to the ceiling, fix them in a specific position and fasten them?
