How to store garlic at home
Garlic is an indispensable ingredient in many dishes, taste and aroma which it passes, simply matchless.
But by no means, garlic is not durable in cold winters it needs to be stored somewhere, so that it is not corrupted.
Unfortunately no basement or cellar - it is very difficult to do, all your garlic, I have kept in the apartment, even though I have a small cellar available.
For myself, I have identified 3 most effective ways of storing garlic at home.
banks
Banks can be completely of any size, you can store garlic in any form as a purified or not.
Banks put in the refrigerator or any other relatively cool place, for those who can put the banks on a balcony in the apartment living.
A mandatory requirement, the bank must be dry.
cloth bags
Mark conventional rag bags (can sew them by residues from a fabric), they need to be dipped in saline solution and let them dry.
Thanks to salt, harmful bacteria will not affect the garlic and it is preserved for a long time.
flour
Fold in garlic banks of all sizes, for every row of garlic, a number of flour and sent to storage in a cool place.
