There is a hypothesis that water is synthesized deep in the bowels and this happens constantly during hydrogen degassing from the bowels. They disintegrate and hydrogen comes out, which, when it comes to the surface, restores compounds, reacts with oxides in rocks to form water. Over millions of years, water accumulates in the bowels under pressure and rises to the surface along faults.

If all this is so, then artesian waters are outlets to the surface of these underground deep seas. Moreover, the outputs of high-quality drinking water. And the reserves of this water are enormous.
