We made a dark blue kitchen, which we do not regret at all - it turned out beautifully and not like everyone else
Popular Scandinavian style can tolerate some changes, depending on how the designer wants to see it. The traditional combination of wooden elements with white finish fades into the background, simple and free decoration is complemented by other colors.
In the presented version, the white facades were replaced with blue ones. The couple wanted to make their kitchen beautiful and unusual, different from others.
In addition to the shade, the facades have an unusual shape. The upper row of cabinets does not completely repeat the lower cabinets, there is a TV on the wall next to the entrance.
One of the cupboards is complemented by a transparent glass insert. A black countertop made of artificial stone looks great on a blue background. Built-in models of modern household appliances fit perfectly into the overall design.
This kitchen apron is made of trendy white hog tiles. This solution allowed to complement and highlight the deep blue color. Also decorative elements and black rails adorned the design of the headset.
The walls in the room were painted with beige paint, and light square tiles with black decor were laid on the floor. The dining area has a rectangular table with a dark top and chairs with cream-colored upholstery.
The area of the room is small, so there is not much free space left.
The design of the kitchen remotely resembles the Scandinavian style. By itself, dark blue is beautiful and interesting. Not everyone will like this cuisine. You can see how a dark design visually reduces the space of a small room.
The owners are quite satisfied with this design, they like the original design, the convenient arrangement of the furniture and the dark colors. The main thing is that the interior design of the living space meets the requirements and taste preferences of the residents.
Only in this case, family members will be able to feel comfortable in their own apartment.
Other people may appreciate the result of the work, some may like it, others will want to contribute some changes, but using this kitchen and watching this design every day will only tenants.
