Superphosphate + potassium salt in equal parts. Can be replaced with other similar fertilizers. The main thing is that the phosphoric + potassium duet remains.

You can, of course, dilute top dressing in water, according to the instructions - how many grams to take per 10 liters of water. But I do it easier: I make grooves with a depth of 1-2 cm around the peony, scatter fertilizer there and cover it with earth. The pellets will gradually dissolve from rain and water, feeding the plant until fall.
