Why should only patient and tidy people buy a washing vacuum cleaner?

After the completed renovation in our apartment near Moscow, the question arose of how to clean the apartment. The old dry-cleaned vacuum cleaner was no good at all. Constant buckets and mops are incredibly bored. I made a decision for myself that I will no longer carry out manual wet cleaning, but will only do it with the help of a high-quality and powerful washing vacuum cleaner, which I will choose and buy.

What criteria did I use for this model?

First, the models were immediately thrown away, where there was no wet cleaning function. The apartment has carpet and linoleum. These surfaces require both wet and dry cleaning.

The second parameter was the price. I decided that a good washing vacuum cleaner for home shouldn't cost more than 12-15 thousand rubles.

Thirdly, I expected to buy a vacuum cleaner “for years”. Therefore, I "shoveled" a bunch of reviews on the Internet and settled on the German equipment Thomas, about which most buyers on various resources noted that these vacuum cleaners are almost eternal.

I was also attracted by Thomas's idea of ​​cleaning with an aquafilter, i.e. water contained in the vacuum cleaner. The idea is simple, and the air in the apartment is clean. The choice was made.

At the beginning of use with dry cleaning, I managed more or less almost immediately - pour water into the aquafilter, plug it into the network, and, in fact, you can vacuum. Dust settles on the surface of the water. After the end of the process, pour out the water, rinse the aquafilter. The suction power is as stated.

Dry cleaning of the entire apartment can be completed in 15 minutes. Longer then wash all filters. In general, life with such cleaning has become easier.

But setting up this vacuum cleaner for wet cleaning turned out to be quite a quest! The instructions written by the Germans with detailed pictures did not help.

Maintenance of the vacuum cleaner proved to be time consuming. The vacuum cleaner itself is quite heavy. Now a couple of minor details have already broken - I will find out how they can be replaced. The breakdown occurred not because of the German quality, but because of my "curvature".

Summing up, I can say that the vacuum cleaner is good and made life easier. You need to be patient with technology and take care of it, then it will serve for many years.
