Register your home yourself! How to do it cheaply and quickly
The chairman of our village offered us this service, but we refused, since in fact there is no point in this service.
So, the steps are in order: ⠀
We submit a notice of the start of construction on the State Service website (download the standard form and draw a diagram of how the house will be located by hand).
An application for assigning an address to the house is automatically submitted (if this did not happen automatically, then we submit it ourselves).
When the house is built, you need to call an engineer who will draw up a technical plan (for some, a box and a roof are enough, but there are those who need to have windows already).
With this plan, we submit a notice of completion of construction (through the website of the state service).
Later you receive a paper, which indicates that the building is in compliance, as well as all the regulatory documentation. We give this paper to our engineer, he puts it in a special archive (electronic) and returns this archive to you.
We write the archive on a flash drive and carry it to the mfc, submit 2 papers: on registration of property rights and on registration, later we get an extract from the USRN that you are the owner and your house is registered, it has been assigned a cadastral number, it is residential. ⠀
About prices:
Private engineers with a license who are included in the required SRO, named prices from 10 thousand rubles, terms from 2-3 weeks, that is, the lower the price, the longer they will do, we did it for 18 thousand rubles.
In addition to the services of an engineer, we pay a state duty in the amount of 2 thousand rubles at the MFC. ⠀
It took us 20 days to complete the registration, taking into account all expectations from the mfc. That is, we went 2 times to the MFC and that's it. Everything else is remote, or the work of an engineer.
So we think it's not difficult to do it ourselves.
