Found a strange DIY tool. I had to remove the backlash

I decided to improve my guide for a circular saw, it was necessary to set the corners, there was no suitable tool at home, I went to the store.

Seen there before a ruler-like tool along which an adjustable angle bar runs, but it was already bought, I saw this tool, it seems to fit my tasks, I bought it. It turned out it was a corner quadrant, oh, how, but he had a backlash, which he did not find in the store.

It is necessary to fix it, but how to work, I decided to rivet the connection of the planks a little more, for this I grinded a broken drill for a perforator under the cone. It's good that I didn't throw out the debris, I knew that they would come in handy, that's the second time it worked.

Riveted right on the paving slabs, the idea worked, the connections stopped loosening, but there is still a small problem. Clamping the nut on the protractor scale was not pressed tightly, because of this, the given angle did not hold, it was possible to solve it by simply placing a washer, now the fixation was reliable.

It was possible to start finalizing the guide, the idea is simple there, and I successfully implemented it, but I had to tinker a lot.
