How to modify the saw template. Saved on trimming
With the help of the bar, a functional was obtained that is easy to repeat. I have a self-made guide (made of plywood and aluminum profile), it allows you to cut exactly according to the markings, it is enough to attach the edge along it. I decided to modify it to cut at 90 ° and 45 °.
Implementation of the idea
I attached a block from below, set it at 90 ° in a square, fixed it with clamps, drilled a hole through the profile. Then he expanded it with a pen for installing a mortise nut, hammered it into place, and fixed it with a screw, retreated, and repeated the operation.
I got a stop that allows you to make a right angle. It remains to set the bar at 45 ° in different directions and make it possible to fix it in these positions.
Exposed with a goniometer, checked for accuracy with a template cut from a notebook sheet. Everything worked out, the template works.
Nuances
The accuracy problem arose due to the fasteners, which gave an annoying error, had to use long nuts (couplings). But the job was done, the idea of a simple solution to the problem came up.
Using a square and a quadrant, I set the bar exactly at the right angles, with an awl outlined the marks in fact of the correct position. Rechecked, now everything is correct, so consider my mistakesif you repeat.
Conclusion
It turned out universal thing, which can be trimmed at an angle, and will cut according to the mark, and is also lightweight and easy to carry.
