Parents helped their daughter to make repairs in the one-room apartment - economically, but tastefully
It is good when there is mutual understanding and strong ties between parents and children. Parents bought their daughter's apartment and, since the girl studies and works, they decided to help with repairs.
The kitchen was fitted with a straight set with beige facades, a patterned apron and a black worktop. In the upper part of the kitchen, next to the hood, a place was allocated for a microwave oven, the refrigerator was hidden behind the doors.
A brown laminate was installed on the floor, and the plastered walls were painted with brown paint. The window was draped with dusty blue curtains.
A rectangular wooden table and chairs were placed near the free wall. A small shelf and a clock were hung on the wall. A hanging lamp was fixed above the table.
A dark sofa, a rack with open and closed shelves, a spacious white wardrobe, which, moreover, is also very functional, was placed in the living room.
The walls were painted with gray-brown paint, the area near the cabinet was supplemented with halogens. So far, a light armchair has been placed behind the rack, but in the future there will be a full-fledged sleeping place for the hostess.
In the combined bathroom opposite the entrance, a suspended toilet was installed, on the right a classic bath, on the left sides of a countertop with a washbasin, a washing machine and a mirror, a painting of blue colors.
The lower part of the walls was decorated with white tiles, the upper part was painted. The floor was covered with the material that was used to decorate the kitchen apron.
I must say that here and there it looks quite interesting. Apparently, the tiles left from the kitchen, which they decided to use for the flooring in the bathroom.
The small apartment turned out to be cozy and spacious. The chosen color scheme visually enlarges a small space, and also creates a feeling of home warmth and comfort.
The renovation was inexpensive for the parents; they chose modern but simple materials. The owner of the home is completely satisfied with the result, most of all she is glad that she will now live separately from her parents, the girl has long dreamed of becoming independent.
Renovation in this one-room apartment proves once again that it is not necessary to spend a lot of money on interior renovation. You can always find budget and stylish materials. What I liked the most was the combination of dusty blue curtains with the shade of the kitchen unit facades.
