One-room apartment in a new building of 29m2 - made a simple, but quite stylish, modern renovation
One-room apartments, with the correct distribution of functional areas, can be quite convenient for a married couple or one person.
Many people prefer to sacrifice square meters for the sake of the proximity of the home to the city center. To create comfort, it is not at all necessary to use expensive materials, the construction market is full of budget proposals that are not inferior in quality and aesthetic characteristics.
Sometimes, it is difficult to create a design project for a small apartment. In our case, the area of the room is 28 sq. m., the tenants decided to save on the services of a professional designer, they thought that they could cope with this task on their own.
The corridor was decorated in beige tones; a long wardrobe with a mirror was installed here. In the kitchen area, a straight set was placed with light gray upper facades and dark gray lower facades. The apron was trimmed with rectangular beige tiles.
Installing a small hob has increased the work surface area. In my opinion, the white "hog" tile against the background of gray facades would look much better. A white refrigerator was placed at the end of the kitchen unit.
Next, they designed the dining area, consisting of a white rectangular table and dark stools. For additional lighting, a lamp was hung on the wall.
A beige corner sofa and a white coffee table were placed in the living room. The windows were covered with green curtains, the radiators were covered with wooden screens. The protruding part of the wall was decorated with a Chinese-style pattern.
A classic bath was placed in the combined bathroom, a washing machine was placed next to it, above which a rectangular washbasin was fixed, and a shelf with a mirror was hung on top of the wall.
An ordinary toilet was installed in a free corner. The walls and floor were tiled with beige tiles. A round-shaped lamp was placed in the center of the white stretch ceiling.
The interior turned out to be simple and modern, the neutral color scheme visually enlarges the small space. The apartment managed to accommodate all the necessary functional areas.
