How to spray tomatoes from late blight without the use of harmful chemicals.
Growing tomatoes is not too much of a hassle, but you shouldn't let things go by themselves.
In no case should tomatoes be allowed until the first signs of late blight appear on the leaves and fruits.
It is still possible to save the culture, but this will cause certain difficulties.
Disease prevention is much more effective! Therefore, in order to protect tomatoes, it is necessary to take some measures in the spring.
This article will find its fans among fans of organic products. I never use chemicals for the treatment of my garden and do not recommend it to anyone.
Before you start preparing a solution for spraying tomatoes, visit the pharmacy where you can buy metronidazole tablets and regular brilliant green.
You should also have a sprayer, since without it it is difficult to properly process tomatoes.
I usually use a three-liter sprayer: it is not heavy and I have enough volume for all the tomatoes in the garden.
We take two liters of water and add crushed tablets (2 pieces), one teaspoon of brilliant green and one hundred grams of milk whey (can be replaced with milk or kefir).
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until metronidazole is completely dissolved.
The remedy for late blight is ready. It remains only to spray all the leaves and the trunk of the tomatoes.
This solution can also be used on other plants: peppers, cucumbers, potatoes and eggplants.
In addition to the fact that this simple remedy prevents late blight, it also protects plants from other troubles: fungus, powdery mildew and rot.
I process my plants two or three times a season, but no later than two weeks before harvest. Let this remedy not be harmful to our health, but it is better not to risk it.
