How to choose a site for your future home: 4 important factors what to look for
1. Infrastructure. A school, a kindergarten, a clinic not far from the site immediately make it more valuable and in demand among buyers.
It is also important that there are convenience stores nearby. More than once your feet will thank you when you need to walk not a kilometer, but several meters for bread.
2. Adjacent to the houseland plot. Pay attention to the width, area and degree of neglect of the site.
The width of the plot will determine whether you can fit a garage, whether the facade windows go directly to the street, or the house will stand in the depths of the site, will it be possible to drive equipment into the yard (and it will definitely be needed in the future construction).
The location of the gas pipe on the section also affects the passage of the technique. Of course, this problem is solvable, but it is worth a decent investment.
Land area is additional money that you want or do not want to spend for the adjacent territory. When choosing a large or small site, be guided by your priorities and financial capabilities.
Of course, a well-groomed area with fruit-bearing shrubs and trees is the ideal site. Buying a piece of land overgrown with wild growth, covered with weeds and plants unknown to science, you acquire additional work for several years.
3. The presence of buildings. It can play into your hands, or it can lead to additional costs, depending on their wear and tear. The dilapidated buildings, most likely, will have to get rid of, and this is an additional expense for scrapping and garbage disposal.
4. Site cost. For many, this is the most important aspect. However, based on my experience, I can say: sometimes it is worth overpaying for an ideal plot in terms of the three previous points. It will pay off more than once in the future.
