How to make delicious homemade ice cream is easy and simple.
Recently, more and more often housewives prefer to cook ice cream at home from natural products.
I have one very simple recipe in my cookbook that does not require special products and does not take much time.
And so, we take a can of condensed milk (380g); and half a liter of heavy cream (the higher the fat percentage, the tastier the ice cream).
Then, using a mixer, you need to whip the cream into a very thick, strong foam. Heavy cream whips faster.
Before taking condensed milk, the jar is heated under hot water to make it more liquid.
Pour the condensed milk into a deep bowl and add the whipped cream in portions.
Using a wooden spatula, gently mix the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
Cover the bowl with the milk-cream mass with cling film so that the ice cream is not saturated with other odors in the freezer.
You can arrange ice cream in silicone molds.
In order for the ice cream to freeze well and not to form pieces of ice, the mass should be mixed several times.
The more often you do this, the better the texture of the homemade ice cream will be.
To diversify the taste of ice cream, you can add condensed milk containing coffee or vanilla.
Sometimes I add berries to ice cream molds: blueberries, blueberries or strawberries. You can warm up milk chocolate and coat the finished ice cream with it.
Homemade raisin ice cream is also a good option.
