More land for housing will appear in Russia
More than 100 hectares of land are planned to be allocated for residential development, and half of these plots are for individual houses. The land in the country will be used more efficiently.
More land than expected
Rosreestr announced the completion of the work of analysts studying the effectiveness of the use of land plots in the country. Experts came to the conclusion that it is possible to increase the area of land for housing construction by 2 times. We are talking about bringing about 107 thousand hectares into circulation - this is 5560 plots. 2502 plots with a total area of 66.6 thousand hectares are suitable for individual housing construction (the rest will be given for the construction of apartment buildings). By the way, this national project, "Housing and Urban Environment", spoke about the involvement of only 50 thousand hectares by 2024.
Information about plots on a single service
When the work on registration of free land plots is ready, information about the objects will be posted in the section of the Rosreestr website - "Land for construction". This is a service within the framework of the "Earth is Simple" project, but the service has not yet been launched.
Potential developers, according to the department, will be able to learn about such plots in the public domain. However, so far this will affect only a few regions - as a pilot project in 2020–2021. In two years, it is planned to disseminate a single information resource on land and real estate throughout the country.
It will be possible to find out both the price and the amount of tax
Oleg Skufinsky, head of Rosreestr, noted the advantages of the "Earth is simple" project. It will be convenient for entrepreneurs who are engaged in the construction of apartment buildings and cottage settlements, as well as other residents. They will be able to select the land remotely - online.
The user marks a free site and can promptly receive all information about the object, size, approximate cost, projected taxes, and also send an application for its registration. So the authorities want to speed up the involvement of municipal and state lands in circulation - and to simplify this process.
