Not every bricklayer is capable of this! Photo selection of futuristic masonry
Ceramic brick is a building classics: architectural masterpieces are erected from it and the most ordinary houses are built. It would seem that you can't think of anything new in masonry - all curls, arches, columns and other techniques of masons are repeated in one interpretation or another. But no, the age of cybernetics has made its own contribution even to this time-tested business. See a selection of photographs of modern architecture, where good old brick gives a futuristic structure. Don't forget to like and subscribe to the channel!
Why didn't this happen before?
Thanks to cyber technologies, a person looked at the world in a new way: electronic vision expanded the boundaries of perception, created new forms. The 3d effect has become popular, it is used in all areas where it is appropriate. The construction industry has not spared it either.
The architects compared brick to pixel and used it in a kind of painting on the walls. Unlike traditional patterns, the brick "screen" interacts with sunlight and changes its appearance depending on the weather and time of day. The building comes alive, it gets in the mood: now it can frown or smile - the effect is amazing.
Can I do this at home?
3d masonry is a complex procedure, often requiring computer modeling and accurate calculations. And the skill of a bricklayer, it should be assumed, must be high. But qualifications alone will not be enough, artistic talent is also required here: not every bricklayer is capable of this!
The simplest, repeating patterns at regular intervals are not difficult to create. To create a picture, a meaning, is a difficult task and can be done with the help of an artist, architect, designer and bricklayer. Moreover, all of the listed list must be highly qualified.
Why don't we see modern brick architecture in our cities?
It is not cheap, and it is not created quickly. It is for these reasons that buildings with futuristic patterns are rare and, to some extent, landmarks in their cities. But everything is changing, the hands of workers are being replaced by machines capable of building houses. They will build with ease and high speed in a new architectural style.
