How easy and simple to choose a mattress for a bed if the old one has become unusable

So he sold himself! I'm talking about my old mattress. And not so old it seems - he was only three years old. And I had to think about where to get a new one now.

Of course, the first thing we did was go to the store. We looked at the prices - what not! But I don’t want to take a cheap one, so that, as in the past, the springs do not come out quickly. And it's a pity for expensive money.

But we noticed a novelty: mattresses without springs with coconut flakes. Expensive, of course, under 30,000 the cost goes off scale, but the idea itself was pleasant. There are no springs, so there will be nothing to get out. We never bought anything, we returned home.

And then it was more interesting: my husband was not used to giving up in any setbacks. I went online (now everyone has it) and found a store. The prices are very attractive, and delivery in Russia is free, and the one with coconut is available. We decided to take a springless one.

They began to choose: my husband needs to be softer, me harder. We almost had a fight! But they saw the tab in time: different rigidity of the sides. We decided to take moderately hard on the one hand, and medium on the other.

Next, we chose a standard weight and measured the mattress height required for our bed. I needed 17cm.

And then it turned out that our bed is of a non-standard size! When we purchased it, the declared size was 160 x 200 cm. And the actual one turned out to be 5 cm less.

Fortunately, a custom size could also be ordered.

Plus a bonus - a free pillow. The total cost of the mattress was 18,050 rubles. which is quite cheap for a mattress of this quality. It only remained to wait.

Hurrah. This day came two weeks later. Operators called, specified the address and all that. A huge truck arrived, and in it our mattress in a roll! There are no springs. Shrinks well.

Qualitatively wrapped in polyethylene, rather light and comfortable to sleep.

But the pillow is nonsense, really. Nobody would buy such a thing. For free and okay. How do you choose mattresses?
