Why I ordered furniture from an online store and what came of it

Having started repairs at home, we decided to change the furniture in the living room. The old furniture was sold in early March. And then there was self-isolation. After living on the boxes for four months, I realized that I agree to everything, even to an online store. Although, to be honest, I don't really trust them.

What I wanted.

I wanted modular furniture. I like furniture that is low, compact, with the possibility of rearrangements. I love changing the look of a room.

I also wanted to meet a maximum of 30,000 rubles.

Ordering and buying furniture.

The search took several days. With a huge selection of furniture that is offered on the Internet, it turned out that what I want is not easy to buy. But in the end I found a modular wall of the Genesis company. The series is called "Oscar Loft".

I made an order in an online store, which contained all the cabinets of this series I needed. The card also indicated the dimensions and had a good quality photo.

Placed an order on the website. It took almost two weeks to wait for the furniture.

Delivered on time, did everything according to the rules: we checked the presence of all the elements, opened the packaging with glass.

Advantages:

· Furniture together with delivery cost 21,000 rubles.

· The furniture generally met expectations. By the way, you could refuse to purchase on the day of delivery.

· There was no prepayment. We paid the full amount at the time of delivery. You could pay in cash or by bank transfer.

Disadvantages:

· The real shades of the furniture were different from what was in the photo. Probably, this is inevitable if you buy online.

· The furniture itself turned out to be somewhat odd in design and assembly. Husband collected and found flaws.

What's the bottom line?

Buying furniture online is not a bad idea. The online store has fulfilled its obligations in full. But be prepared for the color or size to fail. Still, a photo and a real view are not the same thing.
