How we ordered interior doors for Avito and what problems arose

During the renovation of the apartment, we came to the decision that it was necessary to restore the door to the large room (we replaced it with an arch in the previous renovation), and this led to the replacement of the remaining doors. Only 5 pieces.

We opted for eco-veneer doors. Why?

· These doors have modern design and beautiful colors;

· They are of higher quality than laminated ones, service life up to 15 years;

· Have a structured surface and look more expensive;

Tsarovy doors, i.e. prefabricated. The doors to the large room are custom widths and we were going to customize them.

Search and selection of a seller

After driving through the shops and not finding what would suit us in color and price, we decided to search the Internet. On Avito we found several ads from individuals and organizations. The starting price was much lower than the prices in stores, which made me happy.

Having chosen a more suitable option, we arrived at the office and looked at the samples. The eco-veneer doors were from the Dverona company. Color and quality suited us. The cost came out about the same as when buying in a store. Alas, they didn't manage to save money.

Two doors were made to order. We had to wait 10 days. The delivery time was not deceived. But there was no opportunity to see and check the quality of the goods (and immediately return). The person who delivered the doors said it was not his job.

What problems arose

During the installation process, shortcomings were revealed: the door trims were of poor quality.

Quite flimsy, some were poorly glued, in the middle of the platband part of the eco-veneer fell behind.

Result

In general, we are satisfied with the purchase, but we do not recommend buying through Avito, since there is no way to see the product. Refunds are also difficult. the unstucked platbands could not be changed, because more than two weeks had passed (the seller had a very short replacement and return period).
