Let's try to understand the reasons why people are not massively populated in one-two-story concrete boxes.

What is monolithic housing construction?

The technology involves casting concrete into removable formwork. The result of this activity is a seamless reinforced concrete house. But options are also possible when a reinforced concrete frame is first created, and the walls and lintels are laid out with bricks or blocks. These facades can only be fixed on a rigid monolithic structure. You can often find hanging floors, corner windows, consoles, large spans, complex architectural elements that are simply impossible to implement in traditional cottage construction.
