A kitchen chopper that turns even coarse food into crumb in 1 minute

Hello my dear subscribers! I want to show off to you my new assistant for the kitchen - a chopper for vegetables, nuts and other products. In general, such a device is irreplaceable in the household, and I always have it. But the old chopper broke down. More precisely, not so, I had it complete with an attachment for a hand blender, and the part that powers the knives is firmly attached to this attachment. The blender turned out to be non-removable, and the chopper bowl was left out of business.

This one-piece construction now lies in the drawer.

How I chose the chopper

I came to the store, and my eyes fled. The assortment is large. I want to buy a good thing without overpayment. Basically, there were models on the shelves complete with an immersion blender, like what I used to have. I drew attention to the shredder without such a nozzle.

Reasoned so, I have a blender, although it is not removable, but such sets cost almost twice as much as just a chopper. The difference in price is significant, and the economist inside me won.

Device overview

Arriving home, I immediately unpacked the purchase and decided to try it in action.

The complete set of the device is as follows:

· Transparent bowl made of durable PVC with a blocking lid;

· A collapsible knife of 4 blades, working in two planes;

· Block with engine and "Turbo" button;

Nothing extra.

It is very good that there are dimensional divisions on the bowl, which housewives always use to accurately reproduce some recipes.

I found another advantage of the model in the process of work. The knives do not come into action by pressing a button on the block, but by lightly pressing on it with a hand. The button "Turbo" is intended to increase the power when you need to twist something rough, such as carrots or crackers.

Another plus - the block does not need to be wound and snapped on. It just fits easily into the recess in the lid. The lid is fixed tightly and securely, so its accidental opening during operation is excluded. If the lid is not closed, the chopper simply will not start.

How the device works, I tested on the same day

Taking this opportunity, I decided to immediately test the new assistant in action. I chose a simple cake recipe without an oven, for which you need to grind rough store cookies into powder. For convenience, I broke the cookies and placed them in the bowl.

Next, according to the instructions, I tightly closed the lid and put a block on top, which I connected to the mains in advance.

I pressed lightly on the block from above, the knives were spinning. For hard biscuits, an enhanced mode was required, so I used the "Turbo" button - literally 5 seconds.

A homogeneous powder for the base of the cake is ready.

I take off the lid and show what happened.

The structure is homogeneous, except for a small piece that got stuck in the lid and then fell into powder.

I pour the powder into a bowl, add cocoa and other ingredients for the base of the future cake.

What else do I use the chopper for?

The chopper is a very necessary thing for the hostess. With it, you can quickly complete the following processes:

Chop onions, carrots, beets and other vegetables for frying;

· Prepare a delicious homemade liver and meat pate, herring and butter minced meat, a spicy spread on stewed vegetable croutons;

· Get ​​bread crumbs for frying cutlets and thickening the liquid strudel filling;

· Chop nuts and other ingredients for medicinal formulations.

I never have this device idle.
